Richard H. Zay has served as the Company's Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer since July 2026. Mr. Zay joined the Company in June 2010 as Vice President, Global Marketing and was named Senior Vice President, Global Marketing in October 2013 and Senior Vice President of the Americas business unit for the Company in 2014. In 2018, he assumed responsibility for Tennant Global Research and Development until 2020. In 2021, he assumed the role of Chief Commercial Officer, and in 2022 his role was expanded to include Global Operations. From 2006 to June 2010, he held various positions with Whirlpool Corporation, most recently as General Manager, KitchenAid Brand. From 1993 to 2006, he held various positions with Maytag Corporation, including Vice President, Jenn-Air Brand, Director of Marketing, Maytag Brand, and Director of Cooking Category Management.
