Tennant Company (NYSE: TNC), a world leader in designing, manufacturing

world, announced today that Heidi Wilson, Senior Vice President-General
Counsel of Tennant Company, will retire July 14, 2017. Wilson joined
Tennant in 2003 as Associate General Counsel and was named Vice
President-General Counsel in 2005. After receiving her law degree from
the University of Minnesota, Wilson began her legal career at what is
now Faegre Baker Daniels LLP, a Minneapolis law firm, where she worked
for 17 years as a trial lawyer. She subsequently joined Medtronic
followed by several years as Vice President General Counsel for a $2
billion specialty retail company and continued advising business
ventures as a partner in General Counsel, Inc. until she joined Tennant.
Among many other awards and achievements, Wilson was recognized in 2013
by Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal as one of their leading “Women
in Business”. A frequent author and public speaker, Wilson currently
serves on the Board of Directors for Dunwoody College, HealthEast and
the Guthrie Theater and formerly chaired Fraser’s Board. Wilson also
serves as Chair of the Tennant Foundation.
